How to travel to the retreat? 
  • Make your International travel booking to the Lima Jorge Chavez Airport (LIM).
  • From Lima, travel to Cusco Velasco Astete  (CUZ) on a separate booking, with Sky Airlines, Latam, or Viva Air…. This is the cheapest way.
  • Please book directly with the airline for more flexibility. Travel time from Lima- Cusco: 1.5 h. approx
Do I need a return ticket to board abroad?

Do you arrange airport pick up?
  • YES: We arrange safe airport pick up for a small added cost. Book this ahead of time.
     Drivers are friendly & experienced. They meet you with a sign with your name on it by the exit door of arrivals.  You also get the opportunity to stop at special, beautiful viewpoints on the way.

  • Important! Please arrive in the Cusco area LATEST one day before your retreat, and leave one day after it ends, or later! Please be rested when the retreat starts. Let your body get used to the altitude.

Where does the retreat happen?
  • Machu Picchu area, Urubamba District, Cuzco province.
  • You will stay in Aguas Calientes, the village located close to the Machu Picchu ruins.
Can you help book extra nights?
  • Yes
Will I need travel insurance?
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance
  • Visas: Please check visa requirements & check your passport expiry date ahead of time.
Do I need to have practiced yoga & meditation before participating?
  • You do not need to have experience. However, an open heart and desire to go deeper are good.
Do I need to be fit to do the hikes?
  • A generally good level of fitness is fine, Willingness & patience are good.
Can I bring my children?
  • You can usually bring your children. Inform us ahead of time about this.
 What currency is in Peru?
  • Peruvian Nuevo Soles. You can withdraw PEN & USD from ATMs.
I have a special diet/ allergies, do you accommodate that?
  • Yes, please inform us in advance.
Can I pay the full retreat online?
  • Yes. This involves extra costs for us, the total cost will be slightly higher
  • We follow national regulations in regard to the “State of Emergency”

IMPORTANT INFO: Minimum number of participants is 4 (Max 15)

With fewer participants; we will host for an added cost to cover our costs. Thank you for understanding! Please contact us to receive the correct calculations for this. If there is just one person, we are able to host a private retreat if so desired and if time allows. In this case, if you have booked a twin room, double room, or triple room spot, you will need to change to a single room.
